Pumpkin Fluff..

6 eggs

I package cream cheese

I large can pumpkin

Pumpkin pie spice (to taste)

16 packets of Splenda

1/2 cup whipping cream

Cinnamon

 

 

Cream pumpkin and cream cheese until smooth.  Beat eggs for about 5 minutes.  Mix pumpkin/cream cheese, eggs, Splenda, and pumpkin pie spice together.  Pour in baking pan and bake at 350* until knife inserted in center comes out almost clean.  About 45 min.

 

Top with whipped cream.  Shake a little cinnamon on top.
